| 摘 要： | 食品安全问题与人民的身体健康乃至社会的稳定和国民经济的发展关系密切。我国食品安全法已实施两年,但食品安全现状依然不容乐观。从食品安全问题现状入手对其进行分析,进而提出相应的解决对策,为进一步完善食品安全监管制度提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | Food safety has a very close relationship with the people's health,social stability and national economic development.Food safety law has been brought into force for 2 years.However the present situation of food safety is still less optimistic.By analyzing the present situation of food safety,the paper puts forward countermeasures and provides some reference to improve the food security regulation system. |
