| 摘 要： | 经典的国家主权理论滥觞于16世纪。之后,围绕国家主权理论的争论从未停过。在全球化的历史进程中,国家主权受到多方面的冲击和挑战。全球化并未导致“国家主权理论的终结”,我们要树立新国家主权观,切实维护国家利益和主权独立。

| Abstract: | Classical theory of national sovere ignty was born in 16th century.After that,the argument about the theory h as never stopped.In the process of globaliza tion,national sovereignty has been facing many -sided charge and challe nge.Globalization hasn' t caused"the end of theory of national sovereignty",we should set up new viewpoint of national sovereignty,safeguard natio nal interest and independence of sovereignty. |
