| Abstract: | This paper tersely introduced the designing principles,assembly processes,and methods of the development and application of electronic reading rooms of open management system in newly-merged universities,which makes the central management of multiple campuses possible.This system not only provided a convenient service for the readers,but also reduced the management intensity,creating an exact calculation of fees and raising management to a higher higher. |
