| 摘 要： | 邓小平管理思想是一个科学的有机整体,如何认识邓小平管理思想?采取什么形式的理论框架才能科学地总结其管理思想,这是研究邓小平管理思想必须首先解决的问题。本文用管理学中的基本研究方法,使用文献分析,从管理的基本特性与管理哲学的两个维度进行归纳,提出邓小平管理思想的理论逻辑结构。
