论我国传统哲学思想在企业管理中应用的意义

我国传统哲学思想隐含着大量的管理思想,应将这些思想应用到现代企业管理中,并以＂道并行不相悖,万物并育而不相害＂的思维将西方管理科学中的＂术＂与中国传统哲学思想中的管理之＂道＂有机地结合起来,以及在不断自我＂扬弃＂中实现传统哲学思想中的旧质到新质的飞跃,以使传统哲学思想在企业管理中得到好的应用,并达到人文精神与科技精神共存、价值理性与工具理性的平衡。

On Application of Chinese Traditional Philosophy in Modern Business Management

The Chinese traditional philosophy contains abundant theories of management,this paper suggests to apply them in contemporary business management;to combine the Method(术)which is embodied in western instrument rationality with the Way(道) which is developed by Chinese traditional philosophy,according to the traditional doctrine of all living creatures can grow together without harming each other,and ways run in parallel without interfering with each other;to develop the traditional philosophical thoughts and apply them in business management;to promote the cultivation of humanism and science and technology,and to keep the balance between value rationality and instrument rationality.
