| 摘 要： | 斯多亚学派和伊壁鸠鲁学派是西方伦理学史上两个重要的学派。尽管斯多亚学派和伊壁鸠鲁学派各自宣称"有德即幸福"和"快乐即幸福",但是二者都主张人的真正的快乐或者说真正的幸福应该是心灵的宁静、无纷扰。这两个学派都是对小苏格拉底哲学的发展,同时也对后来的西方思想产生了较大影响,伊壁鸠鲁学派影响了功利主义,斯多亚学派影响了欧洲中世纪的禁欲主义。 |

| Abstract: | The Stoics and Epicureans are two important schools in the history of western ethics.The Stoics declared "Virtue leads to happiness" and the Epicureans declared "Pleasure leads to happiness".However,they agreed that men's true pleasure lies in the undisturbed peaceful mind.These two schools of thoughts,developed from Minor Socratic School,exert significant impact on western thoughts later on:the Epicureans influences utilitarianism while the Stoics,asceticism in the Dark Ages. |
