客户价值构成及其影响因素的实证研究

摘    要:本文首先在前人研究的基础上构建了客户价值构成要素体系,并进一步提出客户价值构成及其影响因素模型.通过对60多家企业的实证调查和科学的统计分析,我们得出了客户价值构成及其影响因素的相互关系.其研究结果对企业制定营销策略具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:In this article,we firstly summarized the construct system of customer value through the literature review.Then,we brought forward the model of customer value construct and its influencing factors.To prove this model,we investigated more than 60 enterprises by questionnaire,and analyzed the investigation data scientifically.As the result,we get the relationship between customer value construct and its influencing factors.This will help companies to develop efficient marketing strategies.
