| 摘 要： | 企业是社会的细胞,是社会和谐的基础。企业的生存与发展离不开和谐的社会环境,构建和谐社会离不开企业的积极参与,企业内部的整体和谐影响和推动着社会的和谐。企业文化的内容契合和谐社会的本质,企业文化的功能凸显构建和谐社会的需要,企业文化建设不仅是构建企业内部整体和谐的动力和保障,也是推进企业与外部广泛和谐,构建和谐社会的重要抓手。

| Abstract: | Enterprise is the cell of society, as well as the foundation of social harmony. the harmonious social environment is indispensible to enterprises' survival and development, and constructing a harmonious society needs the active participation of enterprises. The whole harmony in enterprise interior affects and promotes the harmony of society. The content of enterprise culture agrees with the essence of harmonious society, and the function of enterprise culture manifests the need for constructing a harmonious society. Eenterprise culture construction is not only the driving force and guarantee of constructing the whole harmony in enterprise interior, but also the starting point of widely advancing enterprise's being harmonious with exterior and constructing a harmonious society. |
