| 摘 要： | 高等教育的多样化要求高等学校具有不同的办学职能。各类高职院校必须从高职高专教育人才培养的规律出发,改革传统的教育观念,树立科学、正确的人才观、质量观、教学观,强化改革意识,注重教育质量,努力办出特色,从而推动高职高专教育的改革与发展。
