| 摘 要： | 从对发展概念的科学理解上看,不能把发展理解为宇宙的一般特征。从宇宙无限性的假定出发,把宇宙自然演化过程中进化和退化的辩证运动理解为宇宙的本性似乎是更为确切的,而且这一理解对于确立科学发展观来说具有很重要的理论意义和实践意义。"进化"和"发展"是有区别的,"进化"在一般意义上是指物质形态从低级到高级、从简单到复杂的演化过程,而发展则应被理解为有着自觉意识和价值取向的过程。

| Abstract: | We could not regard the concept of "development" as the general characteristics of the universe from the scientific view. It seems be more exact to see the dialectic movement of evolution and degeneration as the general character of the universe by the premise of immensity of the universe. "Evolution" is also distinguished from "development" while the evolution is a process from lowness to highness, but the development should be comprehended as the process with consciousness and valuable tropism. |
