| 摘 要： | 我国的未决羁押制度存在着逮捕未与羁押实行分离、羁押场所侦查化、超期羁押、羁押适用率高等诸多问题有待于进一步的深入研究与完善。文章从我国当前未决羁押制度的现状出发,对存在的弊端及其原因进行剖析,并以联合国刑事司法准则为标准,在借鉴其他国家的经验的基础上,提出完善我国未决羁押制度的一些具体措施。
