A social order of stability symbolizes healthiness degree of any society. So, attention is always paid to how to win the society order. Among many ways to acquire it, the social justice and impartiality through government is the most reliable one. Only a realization of the social justice and impartiality can clear up any inducements in bringing on basic social conflicts of various kinds so as to realize a stable social order. However, in reality, the issue of corruption, particularly the serious corruptive issues in government has become the inducement of almost any social conflicts at present.
