| 摘 要： | 艺术教育是素质教育的重要组成部分，艺术素质是人才综合素质构成的要素之一。具备艺术素质和组织、参与艺术活动对人素质的全面发展起到推动和促进作用。艺术教育对文化素质、品行素质、鉴赏素质、能力素质等都具有拓展性，并具有丰富文化修养、陶冶性情身心、提高审美能力、培养多种能力等综合素质教育作用。面对当前高校艺术教育和大学生素质状况，加强和重视艺术教育十分必要。

| Abstract: | Art education is one important organic part of students' quality-oriented education. The ability to appreciate arts is one indispensable part of a talented person's comprehensive quality. It's essential that a student should cultivate good tastes in arts and be able to organize and take part in artistic activities. By doing so he can refine his character and sharpen his eye to the beautiful things in the world. Art education in colleges and universities should be strengthened. |
