“新国企”监管模式优化

"新国企"较之传统国企,与市场经济接合度更高,客观上需要一种别于以往的监管模式来适应其特点,在分析发达国家国有企业通行的监管模式及我国"新国企"现行监管模式的基础上,采用比较分析的方法,提出我国"新国企"监管模式优化方案,对于完善国企监管体系提供了一个新的研究方向。

Inspection pattern optimization of new state-owned enterprises

New state-owned enterprises,compared with traditional ones,are more closely connected with market economy,and therefore require an inspection pattern other than the old one to adapt to their characteristics.Based on the comparison between common inspection patterns of state-owned enterprises in developed countries and current inspection patterns of new state-owned enterprises in China,an optimization scheme for inspection pattern was suggested for new state-owned enterprises of China,which provides a new research direction for the inspection pattern improvement of new state-owned enterprises.
