| 摘 要： | 针对能源环境与经济协调发展问题,以2008年辽宁工业经济发展的31项数据为样本,采用主成分分析法和比较分析法分析了辽宁工业经济发展过程中的问题,发现辽宁工业经济对能源的重复利用率低,循环利用度不高,在节能减排的具体操作中,要完善企业的自主创新能力和政府的政策性扶持引导作用。研究结果为辽宁工业经济可持续发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | In view of problems in the harmonious development between energy environment and economy,thirty-one statistics were studied as samples selected from Liaoning industrial economy development data in 2008.Principal components analysis and comparative analysis were made of the problems in Liaoning industrial economic development.Findings show that the resource recycling and energy reuse rates are rather low in Liaoning industrial economy.To solve these problems,independent innovation of enterprises and government’s policy support and guidance should be improved in the process of energy saving and emission reduction.The result offers some reference for sustainable development of Liaoning economy. |
