基于PCA方法的阜新农业可持续发展综合评价

摘    要:针对农业发展评价问题,根据农业可持续发展综合评价指标确定的原则,把阜新农业可持续发展系统综合集成为生产子系统、经济子系统、资源子系统、环境子系统、社会子系统、科技子系统6个子系统,20个指标,运用转型后十一年间数据采用PCA方法对阜新农业可持续发展进行综合评价,提出应加强农产品各生产环节的绿色化、完善气象灾害监测预警体系、研究推广节水型农业生产技术等建议,为阜新农业发展提供参考。

Abstract:In view of the assessment of agriculture development, the principle of comprehensive assessment index of agricultural sustainable development was based on to divide the sustainable development system of Fuxin agriculture into the six subsystems of production, economy, resource, environment, society, science and technology, with a total of twenty indicators. The principal componential analysis method is adopted to assess the sustainable development of Fuxin agriculture based on the data collected from 2001 to 2011 after Fuxin’s transformation. Proposals were made in reinforcing agricultural products’greenness in production chain, perfecting the early warning system of meteorological disasters, researching on and popularizing water-saving agricultural production techniques in order to offer reference for the agriculture development of Fuxin.
