| 摘 要： | 针对中小企业创新问题,分析了中小企业实施开放式创新的主、客观原因,指出中小企业成功实施开放式创新的关键是树立开放的创新意识、制定开放的创新战略、提升企业的自主创新能力、主导开放式创新过程以及采取全面开放创新策略。研究结果为中小企业创新能力提升提供指导。

| Abstract: | In view of innovation problems in small and medium-sized enterprises,an analysis was made of corresponding subjective and objective reasons for these enterprises to conduct open innovation.The key to successful open innovation for small and medium-sized enterprises was pointed out: establishing open innovation consciousness,developing open innovation strategies,enhancing enterprises’ capability of independent innovation,guiding open innovation process and adopting comprehensive open innovation strategies.Results provide guidance for small and medium-sized enterprises to promote innovation ability. |
