| 摘 要： | 以中国创业板上市公司为研究对象,选取11项财务指标,运用主因子分析法,借助SPSS软件,从偿债能力指标、营运能力指标和盈利能力三方面对中国创业板上市公司的财务绩效进行评价.创业板上市公司在管理和控制风险的同时应更多地关注投资收益.

| Abstract: | By means of factor analysis and SPSS software, financial performance of GEM listed companies in China was studied by 11 financial indicators chosen from debt paying ability indicator, operating ability indicator and profit ability. Proposals are put forward that GEM listed companies should pay more attention to investment income while managing and controlling risk. |
