| Abstract: | To implement ＂college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship training plan＂, college and university need to change educational concept, integrate educational resources, and explore new methods and new strategies for reforming patterns of personnel cultivation. New and innovative talent cultivating mode should be constructed, and applied as well as innovative talents of high-quality should be cultivated with focus on top design, organization arid management, project operation, teacher incentive and security conditions. |
