略论以科学发展观指导高校的师资队伍建设

高校的师资队伍建设应以科学发展观为指导,在微观上坚持以人为本,确立教师在高校的主体地位;在宏观上加强五个方面的统筹发展。同时,要实施人才强校战略,制定师资队伍建设的规划和长效发展机制,以实现高校的全面、协调和可持续发展。

On Guiding Faculty Construction in Universities with the View of Scientific Development

Concerning the faculty construction in universities, the paper holds that under the guidance of scientific development view and from microscopic angle, teachers' mainstay position in universities should be established as human-oriented, and the "five overall plans" further developed from macroscopic angle. At the same time, the strategy of strengthening university by talents should be carried out, and plans and long-effected developing mechanism made for faculty construction so as to fulfill the all-round, coordinated, and sustainable development in universities.
