全面建设小康社会进程中的公民道德建设探论

新世纪开始,我国进入了全面建设小康社会的新的历史发展阶段,而公民道德建设对实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标具有重要意义。这一发展阶段中我国将继续建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制,并应对全球化带来的挑战,在这样一种新的历史条件下,我国公民道德建设中出现了许多新情况、新问题需要研究解决。因此,我们要以十六大精神为指导加强公民道德建设,保持与时俱进的精神状态,立足民族性,体现全球性,提升公民的道德主体意识和道德责任意识,加强对公民道德建设的理论研究,努力形成与社会主义市场经济相适应的社会主义道德体系,推进全面建设小康社会的进程。

On citizens' ethical construction in process of building well-off society in an all-round way

At the beginning of the new century, our country entered a new historic development stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and the citizens' ethical construction is significant to realize the objective of the struggle of building a well-off society in an all-round way .Our country will continue setting up and perfecting the socialist market economy system in this developing stage, and tackle the challenge brought about in the globalization. Under this new historical condition, a lot of new things have appeared in our country's citizens' ethical construction, and new problems need to be studied and solved. So, we should regard the C.P.C. 16th National Congress spirit as guidelines to strengthen citizens' ethical construction, keep the state of mind that grows with each passing hour, base ourselves upon the national characteristics, display the spirit of globalization, promote the ethical subject consciousness and ethical responsibility consciousness of citizens , strengthen the theoretical research on the citizens' ethical construction, make great efforts to form the socialist morals system in conformity with the socialist market economy and advance the process of building the well-off society in an all-round way.
