试述抗战时期日伪在浙江的政治统治

抗战时期,随着日军在杭州湾的登陆和国民党军队军事上的失利,各级伪政权组织相继建立并将控制区从杭嘉湖、宁绍一带,扩大到金华等地。它们在日军司令部、特务机关的授意与控制下,对沦陷区民众实行严酷的政治统治,依托警察、保安机构、汉奸外围组织厉行法西斯统治;实行＂人口＂登记与保甲制度,限制民众人身自由;实施治安肃正,维护铁路、警备公路和通信网的＂安全＂,以强化其统治;沦陷区民众政治上、精神上受到严酷的摧残。

Political Ruling of Zhejiang by Japanese Puppet Regime 1937-1945

During the Anti-Japanese War in 1937-1945,with Japanese troops going ashore in the Hangzhou Bay and Chinese KMT army routed,the Japanese puppet regime in China started to establish its system of ruling in Zhejiang,and gradually expanded its dominance from Hangzhou,Jiaxing,Huzhou,Ningbo and Shaoxing to Jinhua and other places.Inspired and controlled by Japanese troops and secret agents,it exercised a cruel,fascist model of ruling on people in the occupied area,building on its police,vigilance agencies and other pro-Japan organizations; it restricted the personal liberty of local people by practicing the ＂population＂ registration and the neighborhood administrative system; and it reinforced the ＂security＂ of railways, garrison roads and communication networks so as to consolidate its ruling. The people in the occupied area suffered a lot, politically and mentally, from these measures.
