| 摘 要： | 土地登记效力是土地登记制度的一项重要内容。分析了我国土地登记效力体系的缺陷、探讨了我国土地登记效力体系构建与完善的现实约束 ,并以此分析为基础 ,对我国土地登记效力体系的建设与完善提出了一些建议。
