| 摘 要： | 文章综述了劳动力市场分割理论的国内外研究现状,发现劳动力市场分割的原因复杂,形式多种多样,研究的切入点和视野不尽相同,理论观点众说纷纭。在此基础上构建了城乡劳动力就业缔约模型,并以我国劳动力市场现实运行状况加以映证,最后,提出了一体化城乡劳动力市场建设的基本对策。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews thc studying condition of the segmented labor market theories both home and aboard,and finds that the reason of the segmentation is complicate,thc type,the angle of view and viewpoint is diversified.Basing on thc summary,the author sets up an employment contracting model and attests it with the employment reality of the civilian workers in China.Finally, out forward the basic countermeasures. |
