| 摘 要： | 大学生道德教育是素质教育的重要组成部分,是一个涉及教育者、教育对象、教育目标、教育内容、教育方法、教育载体、教育力量等诸多因素的一项复杂系统工程。对这项工作进行深入系统的思考,对于进一步提高道德教育的质量和效果,促进大学生综合素质的提高意义重大。这种思考主要体现在合理构建教育目标、科学设计教育内容、系统整合教育力量、不断创新教育载体、及时改进教育方法、建设高素质德育工作人才队伍、加强“边缘人群”的教育引导等几个方面。

| Abstract: | The moral education of undergraduate students is a complicated system.The improvement and reform of this system include the scientific construction of the educational targets,scientific design of the educational contents,the systematic integration of educational force,the innovation of the educational carriers,the improvement of the educational approaches, the building of a high-qulity educational staffs,the strengthening of instruction to the brim-group among undergraduate students. |
