| 摘 要： | 依据中国的国情和党情，正确阐明党的思想路线、最高纲领和阶段性纲领的辩证统一关系，以及在农民群众占多数的国度进行无产阶级政党建设等问题，是马克思主义中国化的基础性工程，也是其基本的和首要的工程。只有正确回答这些问题并加以娴熟的运用，才能正确解决中国革命和建设的一系列战略和策略问题，党才能担负起中国革命和建设的领导者这一历史使命。

| Abstract: | Given the national conditions of China and the current conditions of the Chinese Communist Party, the primary projects of the Chinese Marxism are to work on expounding the thought of the party and the dialectical relation between the top level program and the guiding principle of the CCP on different stages. The projects also work on how to construct the proletariat political party in a country where most people are peasants. By fulfilling the projects can the CCP solve a series of strategic and tactical problems of the Chinese revolution and construction, and successfully carry on the historical mission of being the leader of the Chinese revolution and construction. |
