代理制模式实习教学的研究与应用

实习教学是提高高校学生实践能力、实现专业人才培养目标的重要途径。传统的组织实习教学模式联系实习单位难，把实习内容落到实处难。在长期组织和实施专业实习教学过程中，逐步建立基于代理制的现代实习模式，在落实和优化实习单位、保证实习质量、校企合作以及学生就业等方面均取得了较好效果。

The Research and Application of Practice Mode in College Profession Based on Agency System

The professional practice is the important path in training college students＇ practice ability and achieving professional experts target,aiming at deficiencies in difficult contacting practice corporation and bad effect in the tradition practice mode.
