| 摘 要： | 1929年苏联占领黑瞎子岛是因为黑瞎子岛与哈巴罗夫斯克（伯力）只一江之隔，苏联认为黑瞎子岛对哈巴罗夫斯克的“安全”至为重要。1938年苏联占领张鼓峰是因为苏联认为张鼓峰对符拉迪沃斯托克（海参崴）的“安全”至为重要。苏联占领黑瞎子岛和张鼓峰拒不归还中国是苏联“侵害中国的事情”的一部分。

| Abstract: | The Soviet Union occupied the Heixiazi Island （＂остров Большой Уссурийский＂, as the Russians call it） in 1929, for it is only separated from Habalovsk （Boli） by a mere river, the Soviet Union maintained that it was of extreme importance to the ＂security＂ of Habalovsk. Again it captured the Zhanggufeng Peak （＂Заозёрная＂, as the Russians call it） in 1938, because it held that it was of extreme importance to the ＂security＂ of Vladiostok （Haishenwei）. The refusal of the Soviet Union to hand over the Heixiazi island and the Zhanggufeng Peak is therefore part of the ＂infringing - upon of China＂ by the soviet Union. |
