| 摘 要： | 为解决中小企业赊销信用保险投保困难的问题,文章提出一种新的赊销信用保险方法,即以地方政府控股组建的非盈利性"中小企业信用担保有限公司"作为中介机构,对当地中小企业赊销信用进行征信及担保,保险公司再对该担保公司的担保进行保险。

| Abstract: | As a solution to the problems of SMEs for credit sale insurance,this article suggests a new method of credit sale insurance called Intermediary Credit Insurance.This method is:a non-profit SME credit guarantee company owned by the government acts as an intermediary and offers guarantee to SMEs and the insurance company insures the guarantee. |
