| 摘 要： | 鉴于地方院校与地方社会的共生关系以及法学专业就业压力等方面的因素，地方院校法学本科教育应当以司法考试为导向，围绕培养目标和司法考试进行全方位的改革。在开设16门法学核心课程的基础上调整课程计划、适当增减课时、选用适当教材、加强案例教学、落实实践环节、改革考试方法，在全面提高教育教学质量的同时，努力提高司考通过率，为地方社会培养更多更好的法学应用型人才。
