| 摘 要： | 学校管理模式问题,是教育管理学中一个重要理论问题,同时也是目前我国学校管理领域改革中面临的一个重大现实问题。为了使学校管理更好地适应素质教育的实施,作者提出构建主体性学校管理模式的新观点,并就在我国目前形势下构建主体性学校管理模式的条件进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The model of school administration is an important issue not only in the science of educational administration, but also in the present school administration reform. In order to make school administration adapt to the competence education better, the author has put forward a new viewpoint about establishing subjective school administration model, and probed into the issue about the demand of establishing subjective school administration model under the present circumstances. |
