| 摘 要： | 在分析世界农业CDM发展现状的基础上,分析了中国农业CDM的发展潜力及障碍,进而提出进一步发展中国农业CDM的策略建议:(1)加大对农业CDM项目的政策支持;(2)加快农业碳贸易方法及碳交易标准的制定;(3)加强对农业CDM项目相关问题的深入研究,加大对农业CDM的宣传力度。

| Abstract: | Based on the current situation of agricultural CDM in the world and the gap between China and the world,the development potential and obstacle of agricultural CDM in China is analyzed.Furthermore,the countermeasures and recommendations for the development of agricultural CDM in China are put forward.(1)The policy supporting should be strengthened.(2)The way and standard of carbon trading should be enacted as soon as possible.(3)The issues relating to CDM project should be researched in depth and publicity of agriculture CDM should be strengthened. |
