Study On the Developments of IT-based Foreign Language Education

While educational informatization has entered the stage of deep integration of information technology and subject, foreign language teaching in China remains relatively traditional. By reviewing the developments of IT-based foreign language education, this paper discusses the ways of constructing a new norm of foreign language teaching through digital teaching environments, innovative teaching modes and rich learning resources, thus promoting students' capability of smart learning and deep learning．
