| 摘 要： | 日本是发达国家劳动力转移成功模式的典范之一。日本政府在农村剩余劳动力转移过程中发挥了重要作用。中国实行了迅速实现工业化和优先发展重工业的国民经济发展战略,客观上制约了劳动力正常流动。分析比较两国农村剩余劳动力转移模式,总结发展经验具有十分重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Japan is one of the models of the developed countries where the labors successfully change.Its government plays an important role in the course when the rural surplus labors change.China has carried out the developing strategy for national economy to swiftly realize industrialization with prior developing heavy industry,which objectively restricts the regular flow of the labors.It has very important meaning to analyze and compare the rural surplus labor flowing model of the two countries and sum up the developing experience. |
