| 摘 要： | 研究生原创力的提升是个系统工程,主要包括硬环境建设和软环境建设,软环境建设对研究生原创力的提升至关重要。大力提升研究生的原创力,在软环境方面,要营造民主、宽松、自由的学术氛围,构建长效、系统的科技激励制度以及加大对研究生知识产权的保护。
