| 摘 要： | 高校共青团组织要在全面建设小康社会的伟大实践中作出应有的特殊贡献,就必须坚持邓小平理论和三个代表重要思想,与时俱进,构筑现代化的共青团工作理念、工作方式方法、工作组织、工作支撑体系;以素质教育为中心,以现代科学工具和方法为手段,以完善的组织网络为沟通,以充分的校内外资源的整合为依托;多措并举,努力推动高校共青团工作的现代化。

| Abstract: | The organizations of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities ought to make a special contribution to the great practice of building a well - off society in an all - round way. To this end, they must uphold Deng Xiaoping Theory and the improtant thought of the Three Represents , keep pace with the times and establish the modernized CYL' s work supporting system. They should make quality education their central task. Also, They need to facilitate the modernization of CYL' s work in colleges and universities by means of scientific methods, the perfect network of organization, and the integration of internal and external resources. |
