| Abstract: | There exist common irrational Phenomena of the capital structure in present-day enterprises of China-After delving into the relations between the capital structure and the capital cost by way of combining a quantitative analysis and a qualitative one. The present paper brings forth the criteria for judging which structure 0f fund raising is the optindzed one. |
