摘    要:不同类别高校毕业生在就业机会、就业质量等方面存在较大的差异。就业院校背景歧视不利于用人单位科学选拔人才和高校健康发展,并对毕业生就业造成消极影响。立法部门应建立健全反就业歧视的法律体系,各级政府及劳动部门应改革相关的政策和措施,非重点高校要加强办学特色和教育质量建设,积极与用人单位沟通,搭建多种就业平台,通过多方面努力促进毕业生就业公平。

Abstract:There are great differences among graduates from different colleges and universities in employment opportunity and quality. However, college employment discrimination goes against the scientific selection of employees and the healthy development of institutions of higher learning, and exerts negative influence on graduates' employment. The legislative branch should establish and perfect a legal system against employment discrimination; government at all levels and the labor department should reform relevant policies and meas- ures; non-key universities should form their school-running features, improve their educational quality, and take the initiative in communicating with employers to build a variety of employment platforms. Joint efforts may enhance fairness in the employment of graduates from different schools.
