试论高校自主招生联盟的学生选择与影响因素

自主招生联盟是我国考试招生制度改革的内在要求,也是现阶段自主招生规模扩大的现实选择。目前,我国高校自主招生联盟的制度设计存在诸多限制学生选择的失当规定。由此,为了实现自主招生选拔优秀人才的目的,使自主招生联盟运作步入科学化、规范化的道路,应该强化自主招生联盟的必然因素,实现联考和面试成绩的共享互认,尽量分散考试时间和多设考点,取消有关优惠录取政策的不合理限制,推进考试的社会化和联盟高校的培养机制改革。

Choice of Students by the Self-determined Admission Union and the Factors Affecting the Choice

Self-determined admission union of universities, a requirement of the reform in entrance examination and admission system in China, is a kind of practical choice in conformity with scale expansion of self-de- termined admission during this present period. At present, some unreasonable regulations in the system design of the union limit students＇ choices. In order to achieve the goal of singling out excellent students and make the union operate in a scientific and standardized manner, we should strengthen the necessary factors of the union, realize the sharing and mutual recognition of the scores on the united examination and the interview, decentral- ize the united examination time, set more examination places, abolish some unreasonable limitations in the preferential matriculating policies, promote socialization of the examination and deepen the reform in the talent-producing mechanism of the union.
