| 摘 要： | 经济与伦理之间存在密不可分的紧密联系,劳动伦理从源头上影响人类经济行为的动机和方式。中国劳动力迁移行为具有与他国不同的典型特征,仅从经济因素的视角来解释是不足的,需要诉求于劳动伦理因素。中国乡土社会中经商逐利、勤勉耐劳、艰苦奋斗、安分守己、服膺现世等内化于心的劳动伦理,为劳动力迁移提供了强大的内在伦理支撑。当前,中国乡村伦理正在经历冲击和瓦解,一方面,要强化乡村伦理重建,重塑乡村道德秩序;另一方面,要进行社会政策的适应性调整,通过提高工资水平、逐步放开农民工进城落户政策等途径,实现社会政策与伦理道德、经济行为的相容。
