| 摘 要： | 在国家大力发展职业教育的大背景下,职业教育正在由传统的终结性教育向终身教育方向发展.职业教育不限于传统的职业学校教育,而应包括各种转岗培训、在岗培训和继续教育.探索继续教育与中职教育有效贯通的教育模式,对于构筑人才培养立交桥、解决中职生再教育的难题具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Under the background that our country is greatly developing the vocation education,vocation education is changing from the traditional final education to lifelong education.Vocation education is not limited to traditional vocation school education,which should include a variety of training,on-the-job training and continuing education.Exploration of effective cut-through education mode between continuing education and secondary vocation education has an important significance to construct talent training overpass and solve the continuing education problem of secondary vocational school students. |
