| 摘 要： | 本文立足于公共管理一级学科形成的特殊性和目前的发展状况，探讨学科整合的必要性和思路。前三部分分别从学科结构、专业教育、教研机构建制等方面，分析目前存在的问题和挑战，在此基础上，第四部分提出学科整合的思路和一些具体措施。

| Abstract: | On the base of the analysis of the forming particularity of public administration as the first grated subject and its current development, this article probes into the necessity and method of subject integration. From aspects such as subject structure, professional education and organizational system of teaching and research, the former three parts discuss the problems and challenges of public administration at present, and then the last part puts forward the method and some concrete measures of the subject integration. |
