| 摘 要： | 本文从分析创新人才的实质和基本特征出发,指出创新农业人才不仅要具备创新人才的创新意识、创新能力、创新思维及创新成果等基本素质,还必须具备创新人格;根据农业院校的实际情况,论述了培养创新农业人才的必要性,并就如何构建创新农业人才培养教育体系做了进一步阐述和探讨.

| Abstract: | This paper is based on the analysis of quality and basic characteristic of innovative talents,pointing out that innovative agricultural talent not only should possess the basic diathesis of the innovative consciousness,innovative capacity,innovative thought,and innovative outcome;but also innovative personality.According to the actual situation of agricultural school,it discusses the importance to cultivate innovative talents,and gives a further explication and canvass on how to construct a cultivative education system of the innovative agricultural talents. |
