文化安全是整个国家安全体系的一个重要组成部分,对于确保国家政治安全、经济安全、军事安全有着重要意义。在全球化条件下中国面对的文化安全问题必然更加突出。坚持和巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,不断提升文化传播力,建立国际文化新秩序等,是思考当代中国文化安全新课题时应该关注的基本方面。

National Security of Culture against the Background of Globalization

Cultural security as an important part of national security system plays a vital role in the safety of politics,economy and military affairs for a state,especially for China who is facing globalization trend.So China should uphold and carry on Marxist leading role in ideology,continuously improve its publicizing effort,and promote the forming of a new cultural order in international communities,and these considerations should be taken into account when we reflect China's new concept of security.
