| 摘 要： | 土地征收制度是社会经济发展到一定时期的产物,尤其是随着公共利益问题的日益突出而得以产生并逐步完善。土地征收制度重要的内容之一就是对征收土地进行补偿。国民政府时期,征地补偿方式多样,既原则执行,又灵活变通,但土地补偿的标准悬殊,地价差别大,公信力不强,土地补偿费拒领现象也较为普遍。
