| 摘 要： | 建国初期资本主义工商业的社会主义改造是用生产资料公有制代替私有制的一场牵动千千万万资本家与共产党人的深刻变革。改造具有充足的依据,并注意到政策的把握。改造经历了三个阶段,采取了三种形式,至1956年胜利结束。资本主义工商业改造,既有成绩,同时也存在不足。
