试论邓小平的民族经济思想

邓小平民族理论中,包含着丰富的民族经济思想,他赋予“民族经济”以新的内涵,扩大了其外延,认为“三资企业”也是民族经济;以“着眼于把民族地区发展起来”作为民族政策的目标和判断民族政策正确与否的标准;只有改革开放,民族才能发展进步;为了实现各民族的共同富裕和共同繁荣,沿海要帮助内地;发展少数民族地区经济要从实际出发,因地制宜。

On Deng Xiaopings Thoughts about National Economy

Thoughts obout national economy are fully embodied in Deng Xiaoping's Theories, particularly in his theory about nationalities. He not only adds a new meaning to the so-called national economy both in its connotation and denotation, but also takes it as the objective in policy-making and the criterion injudgment-making. He points out that the opening-up and reform policy is the essential prerequisite of minority development and progress. As for this issue, the coastal areas should provide assistance for the inland areas in order to achieve the mutual wealth and mutual prosperity of all nationalities.
