| Abstract: | For the finity and exiguity of resource and the specialization of international classify, the competitive form that a single enterprise compete with another one has not been existent. Instead of it, strategic alliances become prevalent that take coordinated effect as a primary characteristic. This paper discusses the primary form of coordinated effect of strategic alliances and the realization of coordinated effect. |
