| 摘 要： | 本文基于对高校学分制的内涵及本质特征的分析,针对新建本科院校学分制改革中存在的问题及不足,提出了学分制改革的具体措施。新建本科院校需增加教学计划的弹性,实施导师制,加强教学管理,加大教学资金投入的力度,以保证学分制的有效实施。

| Abstract: | Starting from the connotation and characteristics of university credit system as well as the problems and insufficiency in the reform of credit system of newly founded universities,this paper puts forward some concrete measures of the credit system reform.The newly founded universities need to increase the elasticity of the teaching plan,implement tutorial system,strengthen the teaching management and increase the strength of teaching capital investment to ensure the effective implementation of the credit system. |
