英国就业指导的发展历程及思考

＂指导＂主要包括就业指导与教育指导。二者密切相关而又有区别,其主要区别在于,就业指导主要指对工作的选择,而教育指导主要针对学习的选择。此外,＂指导＂还包括各种不同的指导方式,如：指令性指导,非指令性指导,咨询式指导,单独指导和群体指导等。综合种种理论观点可得出结论：＂指导＂是高等教育和就业教育的重要组成部分。＂指导＂的质量要想进一步发展和提高,其两大领域（就业指导和教育指导）的关系要清楚、要理顺。此文旨在通过了解英国的指导发展历程能给我国当前的高等教育后期的就业指导带来一些启迪。

On the Development of Career Guidance in England

＂Guidance＂ refers to both career guidance and education guidance;the former refers to the choice of career,the later refers to the choice of education.Moreover,guidance includes various modes such as consultation guidance,group guidance and self-service guidance.Through synthesizing all the theoretical points,we conclude that guidance is an important part to construct higher education and professional education.In order to develop and enhance the quality of guidance,the relationship between career guidance and education guidance must be highlighted.This paper tries to provide some ideas for career guidance of higher education by exploring the process of guidance development in England.
